Refund Policy


All sales are final. There are no refunds once credits have been spent.

Purchaser is solely responsible for:

Reading all information about the credit packages and service.

Not allowing children or other unauthorized family members or friends to access your credit cards or your account at the payment site to ensure that no one pays for a purchase without your express permission.

Exceptions to the No Refund policy are made for the following reasons:

If the customer receives no replies within 14 days of their initial purchase we will refund their package.

Credits were not applied to your account balance properly

As otherwise required by law (e.g. in certain jurisdictions where a 7 day grace period on purchases is mandated)

Recurring Credit Top Up:

Credit package purchases are non-refundable. For cancelled recurring billing which are being paid for on a monthly basis, billing will stop at the time of cancellation.
